*****, ******* debits and terrible service

I have been getting terrible service i am even thinking of moving banks. It started August 2025 getting this debits i do not know. When i complain to the bank that i do not know them it stopped for two months then started again. The bank said apparently if they people debiting change the reference they can debit again which they did. Funniest thing is that the company debiting has no record of me in thier database or system. This is an internal thing people working at the bank are the ones *****ing from us. The bank that im trusting with my business and money is telling me there's nothing they can do i will dispute every month when someone has access to my money. Its ridiculous. Iv lost trust in FNB and i looking for a new bank from tomorrow. The bank with my money cannot tell me "we dont know what else to do". Like what the hell. Its sad that they had convinced me last month to open an investment account with then which im definitely doing a notice tomorrow to get all my money. I'll invest elsewhere
