******** Debits

Useless bank. I have debited for almost a year now for a funeral policy mandate that I did not authorize. I successfully cancelled then debit order over 4-5 months ago (did not receive a refund after disputing and decided to cut my losses) only to find out that you guys have still been giving my money to this thieving funeral policy company. How can you take my money without a mandate? I have been disputing these ******** debit orders to no avail. To think I have been paying you guys so much money all this years as a loyal customer. Truly disappointing. This is not even the first time this has happened and will probably not be the last if I continue banking with you guys.
