Debitorder dispute

I have been trying to reverse 2 debit orders since Monday, but can't get any help from FNB.

I have contacted the call centre many times - who gave these explanations: They don't dispute debit orders via the call centre ( I have always been doing this) I must go into the app (can't dispute d/o more than R400) Click on COVID19 to dispute debit order The debit order reversal system is off (since Monday?)

I have also used secure chat, but still no joy!
