Debiting your account without consent
My discovery and kulula cards are currently in a legal status with fnb. This is due to me being jobless for over a year. I have started to pay again some of the money. I also made arrangements in this regard. today fnb just took R1900 from my account with no warning, this after i asked for account details for one of the accounts and making an arrangement. now because of this my other bills wont get paid. fnb are *********, typical from SA. unfortunately i am in a bad spot now. i got a job now with a very small salary and will be able to pay but not if they just take my money.

no more respect for fnb. they suck
