Debiting my account twice :(
<p>I have purchased airtickets from a carrier and have been debited twice pushing my account into negative balance.</p> <p>FNB complaint reference number is CAS-856439-Q8X2G7</p>
Airline was at fault and they debited twice.FNB ***** team could have verified the online transaction and called the customer.
