Debiting account without permission

I am waiting for you to resolve reference number FNB :-) Your Call Reference number is Rs***. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have never given permission to debit my account of this amount and I want that money reversed I was told at 8am on the 19th that this will be escalated as I did not give permission and I see the money has been debited off my account this morning. FNB sort this out it is unacceptable. The payment agreement date for this is the 1st of the month not a date my salary gets paid !!! This was a transaction not allowed for at all.
