Debited Yet a Payment aarangment in place.

I have made a arrangement to Pay R1000 to my credit card monthly as i am unemployed and in a financial situation after speaking to wendy latchmia in the legal dept she advised that i wont be debited and i should be Pay R1000 monthly until i can get on my feet but today i have been debited R459 the little i had as been taken yet there was a arrangment in place...I am requesting a refund coz this is happening every month and it is making me ill and stressed!!!! Its because of people like FNB people take they own lives stress in this time is because of FNB!!! No care for peoples needs!!!
