Debited twice! Personal loan

Personal loan was in arrears-I paid it on the 25th! And today on the 28th-Iv been debited twice!! Why when I already settled the arrears amount. I tried to chat your agents on the app but obviously-uselesss as always!! Call me-I need this resolved
