Debited on settled loans

Hi.

First off, i do not really have any issues with the bank but for this specific situation.

I have called their loans department on 2 different days and gotten 2 different answers with regards to the same query.

I had taken out a consolidation loan with them recently and all went well, loan got approved. Problem i have is i am getting debited for personal loans which were to be settled by said consolidation. Upon calling the loan division: Answer 1 - loan will be reversed after 4 - 7 working days Answer 2 - payments not allocated, i must call again after the weekend if it has not been allocated. That makes no sense as there is nothing to allocate for/to?

Is agent 1 or agent 2 correct?

Could you kindly clear this up FNB? Why am i paying for a loan which is supposedly settled? I was told by the 2nd agent i need to request a refund on those debit orders manually?
