Debited for Online Cheque Card

I went to an FNB branch on 2 occasions & I was told that when I apply for an FNB gold cheque card, online I wouldn't be charged. I was even assisted by an FNB branch consultant to apply for the card online & before I knew it, I was charged/debited an amount of R85 & R90.

I am extremely furious because I was given wrong information.
