DEBITED FOR A CANCELLED INSURANCE

I had called on 26 July 2023 for a quote on short term insurance on an a policy I had and FNB was unable to offer a cheaper option and I advice the consultant I was in contact with that I would not be able to continue with their service. I received immediately while online with her cancellation documents, later on the day I also received a call from one of the consultants whom I won’t share a name now as he was the one who qouted me. He advised he saw the policy has been cancelled.

This morning 28 July 2023 I see a debit of a huge amount of the same quotion. I have called spoke to Kagiso and he advised he will call me back but nothing. Worse part they took the money I need for today and I don’t have anything now and been calling enrr up waiting and being connected to another client who was also waiting who advised he was on hold with a consultant.

In all i need my money today because I did not authorise this transaction and I have proof of cancellation documents.
