Debited amount contradicts agreed amount
A contract was concluded inApril 2022 for insurance to commence exactly 20 May 2022 as I was moving from one insurance to FNBIB. Debicheck of the agreed amount approved on 19 May 2022. To my surprise two amounts went off my account without my knowledge,I approved 1 amount for R1191 not R400 and odd rands. Amount debited differs from contract and as advised by the FNBIB consultant. Already ****ed off by the service👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
