Debited after making Credit Payment !!
I am currently unemployed and made arrangement to pay my credit card R1000 pm and it was fulfilled,Yesterday 1 July i was debited R926 off my debit card that was which was my child maintenance,i called the legal division to refund the funds and spoke to Nokotolo who was f%$# useless in helping and she states i must go work to pay my account !! This country is going through a pandemic and consultants like these tell people who are looking for jobs these insults !! I want my refund or if that is the case i wont pay July install as per arrangements made ....This is how you help People in this Pandemic FNB not a chance FFS...I expect a reply or a call ASAP!!!!

20 Jul 2020, 13:27I have been in contact with Wendy Latchmia ***,regarding this account and stated to here i have and can pay R1000 per month till i seek a stable job but she has tells me it it not sufficient ....How does one live in this times off crisis?? i am making a dman attempt to pay this card but i am getting told its to less it shows clearly that FNB has no heart for people in thes times of need!! She is basically asking me to rob ***** or commit crime to live and pay my accounts i dont think its fair at all really!! someone needs to speak to these fks really to wake up and help people in this times!!!
