Debit without consent

When did it become a thing for FNB to willy-nilly change a debit ordrer date agreed upon when signing up for credit erc? Noone asked me if they can take their debit on a different date regardless of whether you have insights on my account that you're clearly using without my consent? Absolutely diabolical.
