Debit without consent
FNB Personal loans have just cut me short with my budget. My account was debited 2 times today leaving me with a problem and arrears in my account. I called the agent and without agreement we still debit if in arrears. Now i know when you in arrears an arrangement is made between the bank and customer. this was never done and i totally disgusted with what happen t. I swopped over from my previous bank for FNB not so sure now.
