debit switching-switched off

I emailed the required contact. ***, to facilitate debit switching. no Communication, of feedback for a week. I call today , 5 Feb 2021, only to find out, nothing is picked up on the system, yet i indicated i had a ref number, only for the poor lady assisting me to say she will escalate. Only after searching for feedback, i am told by the same lady, that the team did not progress my application, because the mandate page ( 2nd Page) wasnt signed ? iv resubmitted as all pages requiring signatures have signatures. iv gotten a second ref number, but simply need this resolved !
