debit reinstated now back to "you are under debt review"

I am getting tired of FNB seriously , as if their systems don't sync or something because I dont think its AI but at this point I feel like the one star is too much to give them. been cleared of debt review June/July 2023 , sorted it out with FNB and the homeloan account's debit was reinstated. then few days back I asked for one of the accounts to be removed and I was told it was there since I was under debt review, then that was removed. now the debit order for home loan its not going through I am told the system show I am under debt review, I AM NOT SENDING OTHER DOCUMENTS. go back to your system backdate april 2024.--***4 TERMINATION NOTICE CASE NO 448012
