Debit ordersl dispute

I am currently experiencing serious problems with my fnb premier cheque account. There is this company that uses the following ***. This company have been taking money from my account after every week R333, R324. I have tried to make contact with fnb via chat. The case was opened for ***** and I was told by fnb that the money will be paid back into my account in 7 days. I made a follow-up twice with them and I was told that I need to wait 40 days. I have asked them to block this company not to debit my account in the meantime but nobody has done anything about that. I am asking fnb to do something about this or otherwise I will have to take further steps. My contact number is:***. I am giving this back 48 hours to sort out this.

Reviewer Update
I have serious complain with regards to the below attached documents. There are debit orders that are currently happening on my premier cheque account every single month. I did contact fnb and spoke to customer resolution centre with regards to these debit orders. I was advised that these debit orders do not appear on my list of debit orders because this company has blocked the bank to reverse them however they do appear on my transaction history. I was then emailed by a consultant called Bongani Khamalo from your customer resolution centre an Aedo debit ***** form to complete and also requested to to also send an affidavit of which I did send through on the 3rd of July 2020. I was then advised to wait at least 10 days to get a feedback via email. It's been a month and I still have not received a feedback from the customer resolution centre. I then went to a fnb branch, I was put through to call but still my issue has not be resolved. My fnb cheque account kept on being debited by this company and it has been 3 to 4 months now, even this month this company still go through my account and take money from account. I personally feel like fnb has failed me because I have been calling and emailing but still my issue has not been resolved and I am currently suffering financially because of this company.
