Debit orders without permission
I reported an amount that was taken from my account on 26 August. Got a reply back saying that they will look into it and have an answer by Friday 25 September. Then upon waking up on Saturday 26 September I see that another amount got taken off with a different reference. My refernce for the first query was Re: 764153. The thing is, I never gave them or anybody else the authorization to deduct any money from my account. And by reports on the hellopeter website they have done this to numerous other people before as well. I am not happy and want this sorted out and money refunded.
