debit orders stopped but still went off. Now i get charged R100 for each transaction

I stopped debit orders and they still went off now there is R105 per unpaid magtape added to my account. as a loyal FNB customer i feel that this can be reversed and this is unfair towards me that have so many accounts with fnb. That is the one option or i need to change to another bank and close all accounts today still
