Debit orders stopped but returned the following month

I have asked FNB to stop and return funds on debit orders unknown going off my account around August 2020. It was done but they returned the following month. I did the same around March 2021 and the unknown debit orders are going off my account. The person dealing with this assured me they will not return but did. FNB, I want the unwanted debit orders stopped permanently and all my money returned from the time of my first request!
