Debit Orders Reversal without my consent (MAGTAPE)

On the 5th of Feb I received an sms from FNB stating that R2 365.65 has been reversed into my account so I went online and checked my balance and there the funds were back into my account. This amount is equivalent to my insurance debit order which went through on the 26 of Jan. I then called FNB so they could explain to me what has happened but the lady had no clue of what she was talking about she said I had insufficient funds in my account that is why the debit order was reversed.

I then called my insurance on the 5th of Feb to find out if they received the funds and to my surprise my insurance confirmed they did receive the funds everything looks fine and there were no reversal . I want to understand what is this MAGTAPE as I see it on my transactions.
