Debit orders for Realliance

Once again, money has been debited from my account for a company I know NOTHING about and I cannot reverse or dispute in internet banking! I notice on Google this happens a lot and not only with FNB. This means that legitimate debit orders have FAILED this money. How may we help you? you ask. Fix this situation!
