Debit orders

My fnb cheque account was debited on two occasions on the 23rd May 2025 ref# nprsamed dcprd0001g, when I queried via their call center they explained that my medical aid debited ( of which I am not whith any medical aid ) I walked in the branch but all they did was to give me another number to call till now I am not help .
