Debit orders cant be reversed

All platforms for doing reversal on your own have been taken away , when you call , once you say debit order they end your call, went to the bank i could not be allowed to make a call inside ,they say i must use my cellphone , i used my phone again but my call was ended , they say use online banking,or an app but all these functionalities are disabled .
