debit orders cant be reversed

I am honestly unhappy with fnb, they do know that some of us wont be receiving salaries due to pandemic we at home, now they removed option to reverse debit orders instead they added the what what relief of which some of us don't qualify. i dont care that i have been with fnb for long time after this lock-down i am definitely moving away from this bank, its disappointing.
