debit orders bank accept not me

worst bank how can fnb just accept a debt order on my account even if i didnt accept the mandate and the consultants cant give explanation of how this happen that is *****ing and i cant get my money back its my money and that is why i needed to accept any mandate but this bank just accept it on my behalf how is this possible
