Debit orders
I got charged R1005 for 9 items paid , problem is I only have 3 debit orders going thorough my account and all of them have been paid for , submitted a complaint through their website no response. My account was owing R299 on the 1st and I transferred the money but FNB decides to charge a R1000. Wow

07 Apr 2023, 09:04Not a single call received from FNB regarding my complaint, 1st query was logged 4th April on their online platform and 5th on Hellopeter ,only received emails advising I will be contacted but no one called. FNB I need answers on what 9 items have you charged me for if I only have 3 debit orders going through my account ,I want my money back
