Debit Orders and Terrible service from RMB Private Suite!!!

Our lives would be so much better if you guys gave us options to do stuff by ourselves especially online/app. I have been trying to call in this morning because once again, we're back to fighting over debit orders that are not authorised. I call and one lady made hold for 10 minutes to find out "something", what the hell is that? All I am trying to do is reverse a debit by vodacom that was not authorised and I have to jump through hops of fire to get that done. Terrible terrible service and yet I am paying a premium fee to get helped. What's the point of having an RMB/FNB Private Wealth account if I can never be assisted on time?
