DEBIT ORDERS

I have a problem with two debit orders( affinity insurance of R1129 date debited on 28 may 20 and standard bank finance of R6096 rands both companies are saying i will get this money within 14 days as well as FNB saying it wil take 14 working days though i need this money today.
