Debit orders

Dear FNB I wonder do you ever put us as your clients first ...People do as they please in our accounts take debit orders and when we want to reverse these none authorized transactions we are told technical issues that was last week Thursday .Only today when I called in I was told the truth that you have decided to remove the reversal option because of this lockdown .Who did you communicate with before doing this ? I think it’s high time I take my banking elsewhere you guys have been treating me like trash for years now
