Debit Orders
I wrote a complaint a few weeks ago - FNB e-mailed me - I rep**** and had no return from then again - this month a different story - same account - I asked the bondholder only to debit the bond on the 3rd - due to the fact that I make a deposit to the account with FNB on the first (FNB claimed they cannot honor the debit order the same day the money comes into the account - that is why I did it). I deposited to FNB account on the first - what does FNB do - they now reject the deposit (surely they want to proof a point) - return the debit order - and debit the fee of R175.00 (returned debit order). As I have mentioned - this is how these guys make their money. As far a I am concerned they have finally lost a client - promise I will do whatever it takes to convince people never ever to deal with these guys. I will be their \klippie in die skoen".
My question now - why guys do you do this? What about the credit record of the client at the other financial institution. I think your are losing the battle in terms of other banks - that is why! You have drawn the gun - I will take on your challenge.

A Hechter
***

"""
