Debit orders

I am not happy with your service as I have a personal loan with your company.

When for dates for all my debit orders they are supposed to go off end off this month and to my surprise you have now debited today which is not the initial date we had agreed on even on my relief plan the agreemen date is the 25th not on the 3rd or any other date

Can yoy please have this resolved by today or reverse the money in my account because the money deducted was not on the agreement date with the bank
