Debit orders

I have an unauthorized debit order from homechoice that I know nothing about, fnb refuses to help me, everytime I call either they make me wait forever to speak to a consultant 30 min+, or they just drop my call. I can't do anything through the app, it just tells me debit order help is unavailable. This is unacceptable!
