Debit Orders

I'm a premier account holder with fnb and my account has been debited 2 times when i called fnb and i was sent from pillar to post I've been on the phone for more that 30 minutes with my call being cancelled by Raymond from the collections department, i am very frustrated and tied of fnb. i just want my account to be sorted out.<br> <br> I also logged the call on their website yesterday but still no response.
