Debit order+charges on personal loan

Hi there,

Can someone please explain why fnb attempt debit order on the 27th and charge me for not finding the money? When my loan agreement was that i prefer my debit date to be the last day of the month?

I see that because last night your attempt didnt find sufficient funds i was charged more interest than last month my loan outstanding balance also increased.

WHY?? MY DEBIT DATE IS LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. WHAT DATE IS IT TODAY? WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME HIGHER INTEREST???

I JUST NEED AN EXPLANATION.
