Debit order without my permission

A debit order went off from my account without my permission as it is not on the scheduled date. The bad part is that the money was not debited to my student loan account so where has that money gone??<br> <br> And I do not receive any sms regarding this debit order as well as any other transactions I just did.<br> <br> I also do not receive any OTP in order for me to make payments
