Debit Order without adviseing the customer
I have a temp loan with FNB and the agreement is that should I should pay the loan by 3 January 2018 not thinking anything money was transfer into my account and they went and debit my money without informing I called for a reversal they advise me they cant , I am want to cancel my account because I pay so much in bank charges and have been with FNB for such a long time
