******** debit order, which my bank does not want to reverse

Since I lodged a ***** case on the 15th of January 2024 for u lawful deductions on my account, to date I have to received any feedback from them. Wrote a re-view here as well this Monday and still no response. I give up

I told them I did not give that company to withdraw my money, why then can’t they reverse my money, am beyond disappointed at this point
