Debit order went off for cancelled home loan account.
I sold my property and the property was transferred and the bond cancelled on the 29th of October. On the 1st of November, a debit order for my now-cancelled home loan went off. A further scheduled transfer to the phantom home loan account from my cheque account occurred on the 02 November. I lodged a query online about 10 days regarding the refund of the amounts and to date no one has rep**** to my email. As it is a lot of money I am getting very frustrated.
