DEBIT ORDER TO BE REVERSED - SERVICE PROVIDER SAID TO CONTACT MY OWN BANK TO ASSIST

Good day, I need to reverse a debit order for a cancelled contract.

The service provider has said I must contact my bank to reverse the debit order - however my bank is making reversing a debit order a massive mountain to climb.

I am not able to reverse the debit order over the app or the internet and the Money Assist tab is not working - therefore how am I supposed to reverse a debit order that the service provider has said my bank must assist to reverse.

Please advise accordingly as to how the debit order can be reversed.

I think it is time to start looking for a new bank. Because if reversing a debit order is such a mission, I cant imagine what else the bank will fail to assit with.
