Debit order that was cancelled but still being deducted

I can not begin to describe the trauma that FNB has caused me for more than a year with debit orders that were arranged not to be debited but they still going off. I m so sick of always waiting for refunds. FNB takes my money that is scheduled for something else and at the end of the day it inconveniences me and the other creditors that i owe. Its a pity I cant close the account for various reasons. I m actually shocked with this level of *********** of FNB.
