Debit order switching a ****!!!

I am an existing FNB client. On 17/8/15 I opened an additional FNB Cheque account and requested debit order switching to the new account seeing as FNB reminded me every 30 minutes on radio that they will do this process for me.

Debit order switching department received my application 2 days later. Rejected it because it didn't have policy numbers on it. Yet the branch accepted the application with the given info.

5 Months have passed and FNB have successfully switched ONE of my debit orders. I had to switch all of the debit orders myself to avoid my policies lapsing and the failed debit order charges that FNB profit from every time a debit order fails.

Most notably, the debit orders FNB cannot action, are the ones within FNB itself. My FNB legal plan and FNB device policies have both lapsed because FNB cannot take an instruction from FNB????

If FNB cannot take an instruction from FNB, how on earth do they expect any other company to take an instruction from FNB???

It seems to me that FNB in fact cannot action any debit order switching and are purely profiting from charges relating to failed debit orders!
