Debit Order Switching

Debit Order Switching- I opened an FNB account and accepted the service of FNB assisting me with switching my debit orders from Discovery. Around the 16 July I received smses notifying me that my debit orders were successful. This morning 26 July when the debit orders are due I get notified that my switch was unsuccessful. I called the debit order switching department and the lady I spoke to could not even assist me with my query transferring me to the complaints department. I have already transferred my money from Discovery Bank to FNB account meaning I will not have money to honor the debit orders that will go off in the Discovery account.
