debit order still not cancelled after numerous attempts

i wrote a review few days ago , what i got was a call from fnb hellopeter desk, she promised to get the matter resolved by my banker , as am writing this email, no one has contacted me nor the debit order reversed . a month ago i had a problem whereby i couldn't transact and needed cash urgently, guess how long it took them to respond, 6 days later thats when i got feedback, they dont care about us but our money . i have wasted enough time with FNB, their service is pathetic . its time to move
