Debit order **** !! Give me my money !!

A **** debit order has gone off my account I dont know these people , and I NEVER CONFIRMED THIS DEBIT ORDER ! This is the first time I came across it since I check my account regularly! I can't dispute it because it doesnt even show under my debit orders !!!?!! I contacted the bank and spoke to an agent on the secure chat they advised me that it hasn't cleared yet and they can't help me , I must contact them tomorrow and they don't know if I will get my money back because of the legal agreement between me and this company WHO I DONT KNOW!? I googled this debit order and it comes up with endless articles of a **** debit order that has affected millions of people called procall and mzanzi even FNB has an article about it yet they won't reverse my money they waiting for it to clear in this **** account that I NEVER AGREED too!!!? I want my money back FNB or is this "****" giving you a slice of the cake???
