Debit order reversals

I am heartbroken with what FNB is doing to its customers at the moment! I have been attempting to unauthorized debit orders that went through my check account unsuccessful. I called my private suite and the call taker stated that he does not have the authority to do reversals from a computer, and he elevated my request to his supervisor. I personally think FNB is exploiting us in the name of COVID-19, unauthorized debit orders go through our account and it is a mission to reverse them. If there could be any reason to leave FNB at this moment I think it now!! Covid-19 is affecting us financially, and some of us are trying so hard to mend our credits, but FNB is not supporting us, inreturn exploiting us.
