Debit order reversal refusal by the bankers

My experience so far is that this bank is very ******. If you black your matter is not given urgency.

I have since logged my complain about the unauthorised debit orders that i want to reverse. They havent helped at all. I'm even in a bad situation that i have experienced to be hospitalized for hypertension from last week monday of 222/120.

I nearly gor a stroke. I came back yesterday from hospital. This morning i tried calling the lady who should be helping me with my reversal. Everytime when i call she is always busy, and will never come back to me. I am sick and tired of playing this game with fnb now, its high time i move my account. Can anyone suggest a good bank that listen to people without being judged of being black. I hate this ****** bank. Its just ****. I wonder why their motto says hiw can we help you if they dont. Im done with this bank.
