Debit order reversal

This nonsense of not being able to reverse debit orders is unacceptable. It leaves us susceptible to *****. How on earth is it logical to tell me to call a company that **********LY debit my account to ask them to reverse the debit order??? How is that sensible??? It’s an inconvenience that’s forcing customers to switch banks
