Debit Order Reversal Dispute, being treated like a ***** by my own bank

A debit order was taken off of my personal account of which I have been disputing since November. They treat me as if I am a ***** because I want to dispute my own account. It is over R6000 and no help whatsoever. I am at my wit's end at this stage as now rent is not going to be paid this month just because I am unable to assist with a simple request. I understand there are people taking chances but now I must get treated like a ******** for a debit order reversal, I feel like honestly changing banks at this stage after being a client for many years.
